1. About PZM Predict

PZM Predict ("the Service") is an AI-powered football statistical analysis platform operated by Dapex, Svetozara Papica 25-7, Zemun, Serbia. The Service uses machine learning algorithms to analyze historical match data and identify patterns across four markets: Draw, Under 2.5 Goals, Correct Score 1-1, and Correct Score 0-0.

2. Not a Gambling Service

PZM Predict is NOT a gambling operator, bookmaker, or betting exchange. We do not:

✕ Accept wagers or bets of any kind
✕ Process payments or financial transactions
✕ Pay out winnings
✕ Provide gambling advice or tips
✕ Guarantee any outcomes

All content on this platform is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Our AI analysis represents statistical probabilities based on historical data, not predictions of certain outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PZM Predict. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. In jurisdictions where the minimum age for gambling-related content is higher, that higher age applies.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Past performance does not guarantee future results. The AI model's historical accuracy is provided for transparency and does not imply or guarantee similar future performance.

PZM Predict and Dapex shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or negative consequences arising from the use of information provided on this platform. If you choose to use our analysis for gambling purposes, you do so entirely at your own risk.

5. Acceptable Use

By using PZM Predict, you agree not to:

7. Account Terms

If you create an account on PZM Predict:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep PZM Predict available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of PZM Predict shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Belgrade, Serbia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of PZM Predict after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
